Since 2016, I have been helping homebuyers, sellers, and property owners better understand the condition of their homes through thorough, objective inspections. As a licensed Texas home inspector and Certified Professional Inspector (CPI®) through InterNACHI, I combine nearly a decade of home inspection experience with more than 30 years of professional experience in inspections, investigations, safety, risk management, and regulatory compliance.
Before becoming a home inspector, I served 21 years in the U.S. Army as a Military Police professional. Following my military service, I worked in safety, risk management, and regulatory compliance, including experience as both a Safety Compliance Inspector and OSHA Compliance Inspector. These roles required identifying hazards, evaluating risks, documenting findings, and communicating clear, objective assessments.
I also hold a Master Certification in Risk Management from the University of Texas at Arlington and have completed more than 1,000 hours of continuing education focused on residential construction, building systems, and property evaluation.
Having purchased several homes myself, I understand that buying a home is one of the largest financial decisions most people will make. My goal is to provide a thorough inspection and a clear, easy-to-understand report so you can make informed decisions with confidence.
